It contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the normal functioning of the muscles. The combination of both salts increases the bioavailability of magnesium. Contains no flavor, aroma, sweeteners or sugars.

How to take Mag Esi?

It is recommended to take 1 level measure (2.3g approx) 1 or 2 times a day with a little still water at room temperature (150ml). Mix until completely dissolved. In adolescents and adults the recommended daily dose of magnesium is 300 – 400 mg per day (from 14 years).

Precautions

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women consult the Health Professional. If you are being treated with oral anticoagulants, consult your health professional.
