This food supplement contains opuntia fibers and plant sterols. Recognized for their role in maintaining cholesterol levels. The positive effect is obtained with a daily consumption of at least 800 mg of plant sterols. It is also rich in vitamin C that helps protect cells against oxidative stress. It is a supplement rich in natural phytosterols and Opuntia powder, which limits the absorption of cholesterol and favors weight loss, as a complement to an adapted diet. This action is reinforced by the presence of antioxidants that allow optimal cell protection.

How to take ergysterol cholesterol?

It is recommended to take with meals.

Precautions

Not recommended in case of pregnancy, lactation, growing children and adolescents, or in case of high rate of sitosterols in blood.
