    Very good product. The combination of ashwagandha and tryptophan with melatonin makes it a great product. Indicated especially in hypothyroidism, when there are insomnia problems.

How to take Melatonin Balance Retard?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day 30 minutes before going to bed. The tablets should be taken whole.

Precautions

It should not be consumed by pregnant women, nor by those who are being treated with antidepressants.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature.

Composition of Melatonin Balance Retard

Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Magnesium Oxide, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Dry Extract, L-Tryptophan Granules, Stabilizers (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose), Niacin (Niacinamide), Anti-Caking Agents (Talc, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide ), Melatonin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol).
