Description

Vitalflax from LT Labo is a food supplement formulated with flax seed oil, one of the best plant sources of omega 3. It contains 45% alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a precursor of essential fatty acids EPA and DHA. Omega 3s are essential components of the brain; They play an important role for emotional balance and cognitive skills.

How to take Vitalflax?
