Properties and benefits of Omega 3 EPA / DHA

It facilitates the fluidity of cell membranes, represents the building material for a wide range of interleukins and, among others, facilitates intercellular communication of nerve cells. The combination of EPA and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal heart function. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal brain development of the fetus and infants (with an additional intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega 3 fatty acids for adults). It is not a fermented fish product but it is made from seaweed oil.

It is recommended to take it directly in the mouth or in a glass of water, unless otherwise directed by a health professional. Shake before using.

Precautions
