    I had been looking for a natural omega 3 product that contained more EPA than I normally take. Good quality and good product.

    Llevaba tiempo buscando un producto natural de omega 3 que contuviera más cantidad de EPA a la que normalmente tomo. Suelo tomar 2 cápsulas de 1000 mg de omega 3 con 450 de EPA y 250 de DHA, una por la mañana y otra por la noche. Y con este omega 3 recomienda tomar solo 1 al día para ser suficiente, mi médico deportivo me dice que puedo seguir tomando 1 mañana y 1 en la noche. Buena calidad y buen producto.

How to take Omega 3 EPA?

It is advisable to take 1 pearl (Softgel capsule) a day, during one of the meals (morning or evening), with a glass of water.

Composition of Omega 3 EPA

Fish oil; pearl coating (fish jelly); humectant: glycerol; antioxidants: extract rich in tocopherols and rosemary extract.

For 1 pearl:

Fish oil: 1000 mg, of which EPA: 500 mg, of which DHA: 250 mg. OMEGA 3 total: 830 mg
