How to take Mini Omega-3 450mg EPA/DHA?

For adults, take two (2) softgels daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or under the supervision of a doctor, consult your doctor before using this product. If you experience adverse reactions, stop using the product and inform your doctor. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the seal under the cap is missing or broken.

Composition of Mini Omega-3 450mg EPA/DHA

Fish oil, Coating agents (gelatin (bovine), vegetable glycerin), Aroma (lemon oil), Antioxidants (mixed tocopherols).

For 1 pearl:
Fish Oil (645 mg) of which Omega-3: (450 mg) EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) (292 mg) and DHA (decosahexaenoic acid) (112 mg), Other fatty acids (40 mg).
