EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are polyunsaturated fatty acids of the Omega 3 series that are obtained from cold-water fish. Omega 3 is a great protector of the organ that pumps blood to the body.

Properties and benefits of Omega 3

It reduces the levels of lipoproteins in the blood and the formation of thrombi.
It helps to alleviate certain ailments such as hypertension, migraines, arthritis and rheumatism. It also protects against age-related macular degeneration.

How to take Omega 3?

It is recommended to take 3 to 4 pearls a day, with meals.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Composition of Omega 3

Blue fish oil (titrated at 18% EPA and 12% DHA), Capsule: coating agent (gelatin), Humectant: glycerin, Natural Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl).
