How to take Arctic Cod Liver Oil 1060mg Orange?

It is recommended in adults to take one teaspoon (5 ml) once a day, along with the main meal.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, diet products should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet, consult your doctor before using this product, if you are allergic to iodine, use anticoagulant medications or plan to undergo any surgery. Do not use in case of diabetes and liver problems. Do not consume if the security seal is missing or broken. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage conditions

Keep between 15 and 30°C before. Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Refrigerate between 2 and 8°C after opening the container. To guarantee the good condition of the product, consume within 3 months of opening the container.
