Description

Omega 3 reduces cholesterol levels in the blood and reduces the formation of thrombi. It also helps alleviate certain ailments such as migraines, arthritis, and rheumatism.

Properties and benefits of Omega 369

Omega 6 or linoleic acid, is the precursor of prostaglandins, substances with activity similar to that of hormones since they regulate many responses of the body, such as: blood pressure, blood clotting, reproductive system, immune system (controlling the release of white blood cells).
From a hormonal point of view, prostaglandins control the release of hormones secreted by the pituitary gland, the thyroid, and the adrenal gland.
Omega 9 or oleic acid, unlike the previous ones, is a monounsaturated fatty acid and is not essential. However, an omega 9 supplement reduces triglyceride levels and increases "good" lipoprotein (HDL) levels.

It is recommended to take 4 pearls a day, divided into two doses

Evening Primrose Oil (10% GLA), Oily Fish Oil (18% EPA, 12% DHA), Flax Oil First Cold Press (65% ALA), D-alpha Tocopherol (Vitamin E). Capsule: coating agent (gelatin), humectant (glycerin (E 422)).

For 4 pearls:
Vitamin E (7 mg), Evening primrose oil (664 mg) of which gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) (66.4 mg), Blue fish oil (664 mg) of which eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) (119 mg) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (80 mg), Flax oil (664 mg) of which linolenic acid (ALA) (432 mg) and oleic acid (165 mg).
