Properties and benefits of Evening Primrose Vegetable Oil Capsules

Each capsule contains 750 mg of virgin evening primrose vegetable oil, the main source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid, two essential fatty acids from the omega 6 series that are essential for the body.

How to take Evening Primrose Vegetable Oil Capsules?

  • It is recommended from 12 to 18 years: 1 to 2 capsules per day.
  • From the age of 18: 2 to 4 capsules per day.

Take for 1 to 3 months.
