Melatonin

Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin before going to sleep. Vitanatur Dormi-relax provides 1.98mg of melatonin with a first phase of rapid release followed by a sustained release that ensures the maintenance of melatonin throughout the night (7-8 hours).

Natural clove cannabinoid

Clove is a food species that contains a natural cannabinoid called beta-caryophyllene. Clove is a different plant from cannabis because it does not have its effects, nor does it create addiction.

lemon balm extract

Lemon balm helps maintain relaxation and a good rest.

Magnesium hydroxide (magnesium), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), clove extract (flower buds of Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merill et LM Perry), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L. ), nicotinamide (niacin), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B), colorant (copper complexes of chlorophyllins).
