This Tryptophan is presented in vegetable capsules that provide greater concentration and purity and maximum absorption and easy digestion of the product.

How to take Tryptophan with melatonin, magnesium, spirulina and vitamins?

It is recommended to take 2 vegetable capsules a day with plenty of liquid before bed.
