This hormone is synthesized from serotonin (one of the brain's neurotransmitters), which in turn comes from the amino acid tryptophan.
It helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep.

How to take Melatonova Flash?

It is recommended to undo 1 tablet under the tongue between 30 and 40 minutes before going to bed.

Precautions

Not recommended for people under 18 years of age. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation.

Composition of Melatonova Flash

Dextrose, Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Stabilizer (crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), Melatonin, Anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
