Properties and benefits of Melatonin with griffonia

Melatonin is a hormone that the body produces naturally and is responsible for regulating sleep, however, sometimes due to age, stress, worries or physical ailments, you may not have enough melatonin and insomnia appears.

It helps to fall asleep in less time and the delayed action ensures that melatonin is released for a longer time, avoiding night awakenings and achieving a more restful sleep.

Its combination together with Griffonia and vitamins B2 and B6 make it the ideal complement when there are moments of insomnia due to situations of depression, stress or anxiety.

How to take Melatonin with griffonia?

It is recommended to take one tablet half an hour before going to bed.

Precautions

Consult your doctor before taking melatonin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Composition of Melatonin with griffonia

For 1 capsule: 51.02 mg of griffonia (Griffonia Simplicifolia)(seed extract)(30% 5-htp), 1.9 mg of melatonin, 1.4 mg of riboflavin (vitamin B2), 1.4 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B6).
