Properties and benefits of melatonin spray

Melatonin is a hormone synthesized by the body naturally from tryptophan and serotonin whose synthesis decreases with age. Its release follows a circadian rhythm (increases with darkness and decreases with light).

Melatonin contributes to alleviating the subjective sensation of jet lag, with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of melatonin taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination ; and to reduce the time needed to fall asleep with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

How to take melatonin spray?

2 sprays in one shot before or at bedtime.
