How to take Melatonin 1900 Flash?

In case of difficulty falling asleep: take 1 tablet a day allowing it to melt under your tongue, without drinking water, at bedtime.
In case of jet lag: take 1 tablet a day allowing it to melt under your tongue, without drinking water, from the first day of the trip and for the following days, until the effects of jet lag are no longer felt.
