How to take Complex mag+tryptophan+vit B6?
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules a day, preferably before going to bed.

Composition of Complex mag+tryptophan+vit B6
Magnesium citrate, Glazing agent (capsule) Cellulose, 1-Tryptophan, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), Melatonin, Stabilizer microcrystalline cellulose (E 460), Anti-caking agents Silica (E 551), Magnesium stearate (E 470b).
For 2 capsules:
Magnesium (112.5 mg) in Magnesium Citrate (750 mg), L-Tryptophan (100 mg), Melatonin (1.8 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg).
