How to take Kaleidon Active Age 60+ Probiotic Adults?

Take 1 sachet a day. Take 1 sachet a day, preferably with meals.

Open the sachet and swallow the contents directly into your mouth or dissolve it in water or other liquids such as juices or milk (cold or warm).
