How to take Ergyphilus immuno complex?
In adults, it is recommended to take 2 to 3 capsules a day.

Bulking agent: Potato starch, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), lyophilized lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Capsule: fish gelatin.
