What is histamine?
Histamine is a vital molecule, a transmitter that belongs to the so-called biogenic amines and that is present in many foods naturally as well as inside our cells.
What is the DAO deficit?
It is an alteration in the metabolism of food histamine that occurs when the activity of the enzyme Diamine Oxidase (DAO) is reduced, when a considerable deficiency is created in the functional activity of the main enzyme in the metabolism of histamine.
How to take Daosin?
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules with a little water 15 minutes before meals, without chewing.
The maximum dose of the product is 3 capsules per day (corresponding to 3 meals containing histamine).
Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
Use only under the supervision of a doctor or nutritionist who will recommend dosage based on symptoms .
