Intake mode

It is recommended to take 1 on 3 times a day, immediately after each meal. Pour the contents of 1 sachet into a mug, fill it with boiling water (approx. 250 ml). Stir well and drink all the content. For a refreshing alternative, you can take it with cold water.

Precautions

Do not take if you want to become pregnant or are pregnant, or if you are breast-feeding.
