How to take Vitanatur Equilibrium Pack 30 comp (2nd unit at 50%)?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, 1 before or after breakfast and another before or after food.

Take the product continuously for a period of 2 months, rest for a month and repeat if necessary.
