How to take Vital Plus Man?

It is recommended to take it at breakfast, as a snack or as an aperitif. Mix the food in a shaker or in a glass with juice, water or another liquid to taste (not hot) and shake well. For adults: start at 1/2 tablespoon each serving and increase half a tablespoon every three days to 1, 1 (1/2) or 2 tablespoons each. For children (3 to 12 years old): start at 1/4 large tablespoon each feeding and increase every three additional tablespoon days to 1.1 (1/2) tablespoons.
