How to take Satiaplus?

Pisane (pea protein) (800 mg), Garcinia cambogia dry extract standardized to 50% HCA (480 mg), Apple pectin (320 mg), Nopal (Opuntia ficus indica) leaf powder (320 mg), L-tryptophan (120 mg), L-phenylalanine (100 mg), dry extract of fenugreek grains (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (80 mg), Chromium Picolinate (0.35 mg), Chromium (40 mcg).
