Properties and benefits of Optim propionibacter
Propionibacterium freudenreichii is a well-known lactic ferment. It traditionally participates in the maturation of Swiss-type cheeses and contributes to forming the "eyes" of these cheeses.
Propionibacterium freudenreichii sp. shermanii is a so-called propionic bacteria because it is involved in the production of propionic acid (or propionate) in the intestine, a short-chain fatty acid.
How to take Optim propionibacter?
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water.
