Description
Nattokinase is an enzyme isolated from natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soy food. Natto has been consumed for thousands of years for its many health promoting properties.
Properties and benefits of Nattokinase
Clinical and non-clinical studies have shown that nattokinase may help promote heart and circulatory health by supporting normal blood clotting functions. It is considered as a valuable dietary supplement or nutraceutical. In addition to these valuable benefits, there are other applications attributed to NK, including the treatment of hypertension, Alzheimer's disease, and vitreoretinal disorders.
How to take Nattokinase?
It is recommended to take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day on an empty stomach.
