How to take medertone?

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), dry extract of Rosa Rhodiola root (Rhodiola rosea L., 6% rosavins, 3% salidrosides), dry extract of Ginkgo Biloba leaves (Ginkgo biloba L. 50:1, 24% flavonoids, 6% sesquiterpene lactones), Eudraguard® biotic glazing agent (methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid copolymer), anti-caking agents: AEROSIL® 200 F (silicon dioxide) and magnesium stearate.
