How to take Holomega Prenatal?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day during pregnancy and lactation, or as directed by a specialist.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.
