Properties

Melatonin contributes to alleviating the subjective sensation of jet lag with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of melatonin taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination; and to reduce the time needed to fall asleep with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

How to take Dormo 8 Complex?

Sura Vitasan recommends taking 1 to 3 capsules before bedtime.

Precautions

There are some contraindications before taking Dormo 8 Complex that you should take into account:

• Its consumption is not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
• It should also not be taken by patients who are undergoing immunosuppressive therapy.
• In the case of being treated with oral anticoagulants, antidiabetics or antiplatelets, it is better to consult a professional.
• Dormo 8 Complex should not be taken by children under 8 years of age.
• Concomitant use with other sedative-hypnotic and/or anxiolytic drugs such as barbiturates, benzodiazepines, H1 antihistamines can enhance the sedative effect, so it should be avoided without medical supervision.
• Interactions between Panax Notoginseng and MAOIs as well as with anticoagulants such as warfarin have been described.
• Simultaneous use of Dormo Complex with alcohol or other CNS depressant drugs may enhance the sedative action.

Magnesium Bisglycinate, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) Flower Extract, Hops (Humulus lupulus) Strobili Extract, Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) Root Extract, Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) Flower Extract, Panax Notoginseng Leaf Extract, Upper aerial part of nepeta (Nepeta cataria), Anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), Melatonin, Vegetable capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; humectant: purified water).
