    Intense and pleasant flavor, I prefer to spread it on toast although I also dissolve it in a dairy drink, as I see fit. I like a lot!

How to take Chyawanprash?

It comes in the form of jelly. Dilute 1 or 2 dessert spoons in a glass of milk or hot water. It can also be taken alone or spread on bread or cookies. Keep cold once opened.
