How to take Chitosan fat blocker?

It is recommended to take 2 to 3 capsules with a large glass of water, before food.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and for a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Avoid consumption together with medications and other fiber-based food supplements. An excessive consumption of chitosan and fructooligosaccharides can cause intestinal upset.
