How to take Royal Queen Jelly Super?

1 ampoule per day on an empty stomach, alone, with water or juice, during monthly cycles.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Not recommended in case of arrhythmias, hypertension, anxiety, small children, pregnancy and breastfeeding

Composition of Royal Queen Jelly Super

Fresh royal jelly, Korean red ginseng extract (30%), Ginsenosides (Panax ginseng CA Meyer), Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Propolis extract (2%), galangin, Wheat germ, Calcium lactate, Calcium glycerophosphate, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Fructose, Preservative (potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate), Acidity regulator (Citric acid) and Purified water.

For 1 ampoule:

Vitamin C (60 mg), Vitamin B12 (1 mcg), Calcium (12.5 mg), Fresh royal jelly (500 mg), Ginseng dry extract (54 mg), of which ginsenosides (16.2 mg), Propolis dry extract (25 mg), of which galangin (0.5 mg), Wheat germ extract (25 mg).
