How to take Children's Royal Jelly?

Take 1 ampoule a day, preferably on an empty stomach, alone or mixed with juice.

Composition of Children's Royal Jelly

Water, Fructose, Fructooligosaccharides Chicory (Cichorium intybus L., Root), Propolis extract (Water and humectant: Glycerin), Royal jelly, Acidulant: Citric acid (E 330), Iron gluconate, L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Sodium ascorbate, Zinc gluconate, Echinacea extract ((Echinacea purpurea L. root, Moench); Water and humectant: Glycerin), Color: Beet red (E 162), D-alpha tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Preservatives: Potassium sorbate (E 202) and sodium benzoate (E 211), Niacin (Vitamin B3), Calcium D-pantothenate (Vitamin 85), Retinyl acetate, Copper gluconate, Strawberry flavor, Riboflaviria (Vitamin B2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Inositol, Cholecalcifarol ((Vitamin D); Maltodextrin), Pterolimonoglutamic Acid (Folic Acid), Cyanocobalamin ((Vitamin B12), Maltodextrin), Phylloquinone (Vitamin K) and D-biotin.
