Properties and benefits of Ubiquinol Holomega

Ubiquinol is the reduced active form of coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) and is essential for the production of cellular energy. Its action is to transfer electrons so that the mitochondria can fulfill their function of obtaining energy from food, sugars and fats. Virtually 95% of the energy consumed by the body is generated in the ridges of the mitochondria. This energy is concentrated in the form of ATP-adenosine triphosphate. Q10 (ubiquinone) is a fat-soluble enzyme that acts as an antioxidant.

How to take Ubiquinol Holomega?
