Properties and benefits of Pre Workout Explosive

Explosive strength, increased muscle mass and better recoveries between workouts. These are the pillars of the practitioners of explosive modalities such as weightlifting, soccer, crosstraining, among others.

In the Pre-Workout Explosive, we add caffeine to BCAAs (essential to prevent muscle catabolism), Creatine (essential for strength and explosive training) and Beta-alanine (combats muscle acidity and thus allows more intense workouts and more prolonged). These will all be powered by the AAKG and L-Citrulline Malate vasodilators (they increase the incorporation of the nutrients from the formula into the muscle).

How to take Pre Workout Explosive?

It is recommended to add 1 level measure (50 g) to 250 ml of moderately cold water, mix well and drink.
