Properties and benefits of Acetyl L-Carnitine

After oral ingestion, ALCAR is rapidly and easily absorbed from the small intestine. Acetyl-L-carnitine can be used for a long time.

How to take Acetyl L-Carnitine?

It is recommended 2 capsules daily at least half an hour before meals. Preferably, do not take with foods rich in protein. If there is difficulty in swallowing, the capsule can be opened.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place and at room temperature.
