Properties and benefits of Spirulina 312mg

Spirulina (Spirulina platensis) is an algae with a high percentage of protein (65 to 70%), all essential and nine non-essential amino acids; minerals like potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, selenium, iron and phosphorus; all B vitamins, vitamin E, complex sugars, carotenoids, enzymes and essential fatty acids.

How to take Spirulina 312mg?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets twice a day.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and for a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Composition of Spirulina 312mg

Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), bulking agent: calcium phosphate (E 341), stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose (E 460) and acacia gum (E 414), anti-caking agents: silica (E 551) and magnesium stearate (E 470b), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), maltodextrin.
