Properties and benefits of Active charcoal
Active charcoal helps to reduce excessive flatulence after eating. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 (g) of activated charcoal at least 30 minutes before the meal and another gram after the meal.
How to take Active charcoal?
It is recommended to take 2 capsules at least 30 minutes before food and 2 capsules shortly after eating
