As with all other disinfection methods, some pre-preparation is required: simply rinse the components you want to disinfect with clean, cold water and then wash them in warm soapy water before rinsing them again. Next, add a little water to the bag along with the components and seal it. Put the bag in the microwave and heat it according to what is indicated in the instruction manual (a minimum of three minutes).
