Indication

Physalis Happy mama® contains Quatrefolic®, the biologically active form of folic acid or 5-MTHF (linked to glucosamine). This form is usable by the body immediately, without any other metabolization, unlike the other forms of folic acid. Folate contributes to the growth of tissues in the future mother (such as the uterus and the placenta). Active vitamin B12 (MecobalActive®, a very pure form of methylcobalamin), vitamin C, and iron help decrease fatigue. Iron is involved in red blood cell formation and cell division like vitamin D. Iodine supports cognitive functions and normal growth in children. Contains choline (VitaCholine®) that supports normal homocysteine metabolism.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take during the meal with a little water.
