Description
Breast milk bottle with nipple is ideal for collecting and storing breast milk and for feeding the bottle. The nipple should only be inserted if the baby has become accustomed to breastfeeding
Indication
The Medela Slow Flow Nipple Bottle (S) is a versatile container for expressing, storing, transporting and feeding expressed breast milk to your baby. Expressed milk, if handled correctly, contains all the natural nutrients and vitamins your baby needs
Intake mode
It is recommended to first disassemble, clean and let all the parts dry. Put the pieces in a saucepan with sufficient capacity. Fill it with cold water until the pieces are well covered. As an option, a teaspoon of citric acid can be added to avoid limescale production. Heat it up and let it boil for 5 minutes. Take it out of the container and drain the water. Dry the parts with a clean cloth
Precautions
Always use this product under the supervision of an adult. Never use a feeding nipple as a pacifier. Continuous and prolonged sucking of liquids causes cavities. Always check the temperature of the food before feeding it to the baby. Keep all unused components out of the reach of children. Do not heat the milk in a microwave, as it heats unevenly and could burn the baby. Baby bottles and plastic parts become brittle when frozen and can break if dropped. Also, bottles and parts can be damaged if mishandled; For example, if they fall, become too tight or tip over. Take due care when handling bottles and components. Do not use breast milk if bottles or components are damaged
Storage conditions
Use potable water for any of the cleaning operations described below. Clean parts immediately after use to prevent milk residue from drying out and to prevent the growth of bacteria. Be careful not to damage the parts when using a brush. Check all parts before each use. Replace parts if they are damaged or worn. For hygienic reasons we recommend replacing the nipple after 3 months
