Description
CroniCare Tablets is a complementary food based on hemp, omega 3 and medium chain triglycerides (MCT). It is a source of key nutrients for the health of dogs and cats, ideal as a reinforcement in cases of greater nutritional demand or in senior animals.
Intake mode
CroniCare Tablets are recommended to be administered preferably with food. The tablet can be given whole, broken or even crushed, mixed with food. For cats and dogs under 5 kg, 1/4 tablet per day is recommended. In the case of dogs of 5 to 10 kg, 1/2 tablet is recommended per day. In the case of Dogs between 11 and 20 kg, 1 tablet per day is recommended. In the case of Dogs from 21 to 30 kg, 1.5 tablet per day is recommended. In the case of Dogs weighing 30 kg or more, 2 tablets per day are recommended. If possible, separate into two intakes (morning and evening). The amount can be increased according to the needs of the dog or cat.
Composition of Cronicare tablets
For 1 Tablet:
Hemp powder (560 mg), Mono-, di- and triglycerides of behenic acid, Fish oil powder, Medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil, Dicalcium phosphate, glucose syrup, Mannitol, Milk and soy protein, Stearate magnesium, Tetrasodium diphosphate, Tricalcium phosphate, Cristobalite, Liver and Chicken heart.
