Set of 2 Ascent series jars + Vitamix blade base, consists of a 225 ml jar and another 600 ml jar with a blade base for Vitamix Ascent series blenders. Perfect for crushing, blending and processing small and medium amounts of food, storing and transporting it.

Indication

Practical glasses to use directly in the blender and later store or transport the preparations obtained with the lid in a completely safe way. Therefore, these glasses have a double function:

• Crush, blend, and process smaller amounts than in the 2-liter pitcher that comes standard with every Vitamix.
  The 600 ml cups are ideal for preparing a shake for two people or a shake for one person for the whole day. Also for any type of preparations in which we have to use fewer ingredients. Jars are used directly on the base of the Vitamix Ascent Series blenders : A3500i, A2500i and A2300i. They cannot be adapted to other Vitamix models.

• Storing and transporting the preparations: it is as simple as removing the blade base and covering the glass. This set includes two lids, one for each glass with a pour spout. They have hermetic closure, so they can be taken anywhere without any problem.

Uses for Vitamix Containers

The same type of preparations can be made in both glasses, only the amount of ingredients will vary.

• Make smoothies or vegetable milk.
• Prepare baby food in individual portions.
• Crush small amounts of dry food, such as legumes, nuts, seeds, hard cheeses, coffee...
• Chop vegetables, such as garlic and onion, to prepare a stir-fry.
• Prepare sauces, spreads, creams, cold soups... such as: pesto, hummus, tomato sauce, mayonnaise, aioli, salmorejo...
• Create natural homemade cosmetics.

Once the preparation is obtained, the glass can be covered and stored or transported in complete safety, since the lid is completely sealed with a silicone gasket. In this way, the use of other utensils is minimized and time and space are optimized. That is why it is practical to have more jars for the next use.

How to use Vitamix containers

• The base of the blades must fit the container correctly : tighten firmly to prevent leakage during Vitamix operation.
• Vitamix containers are valid for all programs except the "Soups" program, since hot air is required. If this program is selected, a prohibition sign will appear on the digital display. Vitamix containers are not intended for heating liquids or blending hot ingredients. For hot preparations, only the jug should be used, which does allow hot air to escape.
• Do not use the glasses continuously for more than 75 seconds. When the allowed operating time is exceeded, the machine stops.
• They are not microwave safe.
• All parts are dishwasher safe. It can also be cleaned by filling the glass halfway with water and stirring for 30 to 60 seconds with a couple of drops of soap. Rinse and let dry. Never mix with hot water.
