-It is recommended to brush or spray oil on the food evenly, or prepare it in a bowl, stirring well until it is completely distributed.

-The cooking time required by the oil-free fryer depends on the moisture content of the food, the type of food, the size and the capacity of the air fryer itself.

-Place the food in small pieces, cut to the same size and turn them halfway through cooking with the help of tongs.

-It is essential to clean the grill and basket of the air fryer after each use. Allow it to cool first and use a sponge and mild soap. To remove the most difficult remains, you can add water to the basket to cover the grate, a few drops of mild soap and set the air fryer to 200ºC for 5 minutes. Rinse and dry well.

-It is advisable to place baking paper (making holes with scissors for better air circulation) and silicone molds to avoid wear of the non-stick coating. Other ceramic, clay and glass containers can also be used.
