Description

The Komo PK 1 electric mill is an electric cereal mill, with corundum stone, to make flour at home. The renewed version of the traditional classic Komo mill that allows grinding any cereal or legume.

Characteristics of the Komo Fidibus PK1 grinder

• Equipped with 85mm corundum stone.
• 360W Industrial Baucknet Motor
• Perfect system for adjusting the stones, which allows a very exact graduation of the fineness of the grinding. This ensures the maximum duration of the grinding wheels without wear.
• The fineness of the grinding is simply adjusted by turning the hopper during grinding, with total precision. It can be obtained from very fine flour to just breaking the grain.
• Manual manufacturing.
• Komo has also developed a silicone protector for coeliacs, to use the mill to grind gluten and gluten-free flour, without possible contamination.
• To complete the grinding, if desired, the electric sieve can be adapted to Fidibus PK1, to conveniently sift the flour.
• With cereal mills we can grind cereals and legumes, not nuts or oilseeds, since their high fat content does not allow grinding with stones.
