Jewish Perolar

Description

The Perolar Bean from Euro Garden gives a branching variety, very vigorous with tender light green pods, spread throughout the plant. Straight, long, flat and of medium width, without threads. Medium grain of white color, to consume as a bean.

Indication

Beans provide very little fat and calories, so they are ideal for balanced diets and those that seek to reduce measures. They are rich in folate, and contain a lot of fiber, as well as minerals, such as calcium, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium; and vitamins B2, B6 and vitamin C.
They help control the level of steroid lipids in the blood, also helping to improve intestinal transit. Its antioxidants help to take care of health, blocking the action of free radicals. They are also a purifying and diuretic food.

Intake mode

It is recommended to grow in 5 liter pots. It requires exposure to direct sunlight. The waterings must be regular. The seeds can be soaked the day before sowing to speed up germination.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
