Intracma Extra Diet Bitter Orange Jam is a sweet preserve perfect for those who take care of their diet.
Indication
The bitter orange, also known as Citrus aurantium (or Citrus aurantium extract) is a fruit native to Syria and Africa, although currently, especially for a few centuries, it has been cultivated in the Mediterranean.
Intake mode
It is recommended to enjoy it spread on toast at breakfast, and use it to glaze fish, poultry and other meats to be prepared in the oven. It can also be added to a vinaigrette for salads and give them a citrus touch; to marinades, especially fish ones, sauces, biscuits or bread dough.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
