Description

Organic dark chocolate tablet 77% cocoa (Peru) from the Alto Piura region. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa, ideal to start with the Blanxart range, due to its ease of preparation and perfection of aromas.

Indication

Organic chocolate made with fine cocoa of the Criollo variety. It is characterized by an intense citrus note, accompanied by notes of wood and leather, and coffee.

Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with single origin cocoa, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.

Tasting note: It unfolds with a first powerful citrus note, followed by wood and leather. It culminates with a nuance of tasty coffee and nuts, such as walnut, hazelnut and almond.

Intake mode

The following face order is recommended to enjoy the full personality of this tablet: Notice its color and brightness. Smell and detect the first nuances. Crack it open and hear a clean crack. Taste it and identify the aromas in full

May contain traces of nuts, milk and soy.

Storage conditions

It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place, between 15 and 18ºC. Given the qualities of the product, avoid, if possible, the refrigerator. Dark chocolate has a shelf life of 2 years from its manufacture.
