It is an Organic dark chocolate with 100% cocoa from Peru, with an intense flavor and fruity notes and from Organic and Fair Trade farming. This cocoa is produced by the Alto Urubumba Fair Trade organization and also processed in Peru by Norandino.

With the purchase of this tablet you are helping to transform the lives of 1,000 families from the Norandino and Alto Urubamba cooperatives in Peru.

Producers in the area have worked to preserve native varieties in danger of extinction due to the rapid expansion of hybrid varieties.

Additionally, thanks to the support of small rural producers committed to their environment, we protect animals such as the Andean bear.

Benefits of good organic cocoa Cocoa is a source of fiber (provides 33 g/100 g) and contains vitamins B2 and B3, and minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium and phosphorus.

Something non-existent in the cocoa sector, since the conventional practice is to export untreated cocoa beans.
  • It has built its own factory to manufacture the tablets in a rural area of ​​France. The polyphenols in cocoa contribute to modifying the intestinal flora by increasing beneficial bacteria, such as bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, and decreasing the presence of bacteroids, clostridia and staphylococci, which are behind the development of obesity and cardiovascular diseases.

Polyphenols would strengthen the immune system which, in turn, has an impact on the prevention of diabetes and pathologies related to neurodegenerative processes.
